Catering

Catering during the conference

  • All meals during the conference are vegetarian
  • Two coffee breaks: Monday, Tuesday, Wedensday and one break Thursday
  • Lunch Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Note: not Thursday)
  • Welcome reception and poster sessions have light snacks and light beverages (please note these are not full meals)

Where to dine afterwards?

We recommend Kødbyen (the Meatpacking District), located close to the venue. The area offers a wide range of restaurants and informal dining options—and if many participants head there, it creates a great opportunity to continue conversations and connect with colleagues in a relaxed setting. Find Kødbyen on Google Maps & See dining options in Kødbyen
