Room rates:
Standard room for single use: 1.595 DKK per night

Scandic Kødbyen (850 meters from venue) is designed with respect for its location, sitting as it does among the artistic and gastronomic experiences of the Meatpacking District. The Standard rooms are well-equipped and have either a large King size bed or two single beds.
Guests will be asked to enter credit card details when booking their reservation. However, payment will be made directly to the hotel upon arrival.
Reservation can be changed or cancelled until 18:00 local time on 13 June 2026. After that, 100% of the total price will be charged in case of cancellation or reduction.

Wakeup Copenhagen in Carsten Niebuhrs Gade (200 meters from venue) is an excellent choice for anyone looking for inexpensive accommodation in the heart of Copenhagen. The Standard rooms are approx. 12 m2 and have one double bed that is 160 cm wide.
Guests will guarantee with a credit card at the time of booking and pay for own room, VAT and any incidental charges.
Guests may cancel the reservation no later than 12.00 noon 14 days before booked arrival date. After this date the full payment for the reservation will be charged on the provided credit card, the reservations will be non-refundable and amendments will not be possible.
